Chris Salvador is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He obtained his bachelor's degree from McNeese State University. After graduating from college, Chris served as an officer in the military. Chris's time as an officer taught him the skills needed to lead a successful career. After leaving the service Chris was employed by Citgo Petroleum as Chief Operator where he would retire. At the age of 26, Chris and his wife Kim built their first home together with the help of Chris’s father, a well-trained craftsman. As young adults, Chris and Kim began venturing into residential real estate investments and went on to own their own property management company. For many years he undertook diverse remodeling, renovation, and building projects in both residential and commercial construction. In 2005 Chris decided to open up his own construction company and pursue his lifelong passion for home building. Since then, Chris has made a well-known name for his home building business in the Lake Area.

 

Chris served as Vice President and then President of the Homebuilders Association of Southwest Louisiana from 2018-2020. He also holds memberships with the Louisiana Association of Homebuilders, the National Association of Homebuilders, and the Alliance for Positive Growth. Chris understands the importance of a quality built home, his clients, and the building process.

Now, after over 20 years of new home construction expertise, Chris has meticulously crafted a method for home building that is straightforward which puts the client at the center.
